Happy: Love, Learn & Appreciate The Little Things

One:   I currently work in communications. Each and every morning, I wake up with a smile on my face, knowing that I get to do a job I love and appreciate. My job contract has recently been extended. I’m over the moon and the opportunities for me just increased, dramatically. So very, very proud of myself.

Two:   My recent post on How To Relax On A Sunday Afternoon got people talking. I’m nosy and like to know how others relax. In my spare time, I can usually be found in slippers, with my four westies, in front of a roaring fire. Down time is very important for your mental health after a very long week.

Three:  I’m in charge of my own life. I do things that make me happy and always follow my gut instinct. Staying positive and dependent on myself has been hugely successful so far. I can tell how much happier I’ve become by following my own rules. Positivity and determination most definitely leads the way.

Four:    Being a food blogger has it perks, so I’m always on the hunt for new food places to try. After recently buying some close friends a voucher for Crust, in Shirley, Birmingham – the place was highly recommended. I ventured out for some burgers today and quickly fell into a food coma. The peanut butter fudge milkshake was sickly sweet and I had to go for a nap shortly after. If you are looking for somewhere to do burger challenges also, this place is a must!
