BACK IN THE BOOZER 🍺 Aka our family pub near th BACK IN THE BOOZER 🍺 Aka our family pub near the coast. Here is my first proper pint since lockdown and thankfully it was poured by my dad. Cold, crisp and utterly delicious. I’d taken a few sips here don’t worry, he’s not a lousy bar man. It’s great to see them following government guidelines, and are allowing only so many tables in at any one time. Also, it means no queuing at the bar! I’m hoping to rest, recuperate and hopefully get some sleep while up here. Maybe this maternity leave isn’t so bad after all. P.s - Yes Karen, I can drink AND look after a kid. 😂❤️

Accidentally overdid the steaks as I was trying to Accidentally overdid the steaks as I was trying to juggle cooking dinner, drinking wine, making a baby bottle and loading the dish washer at the same time. That is mom life. 😂 I’m very much looking forward to this weekend to be honest as I’ll be slowing it down completely. The aim is to rest my bones in my parent’s holiday cottage on the coast. No doubt I’ll still have things to do, but at least it’ll be inside a snug cottage opposite our pub and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve proper missed pub grub to be honest - and pint of cold @guinness. Bring it! ❤️
