I adapted a recipe which is beyond easy – you could even make them with your eyes closed. What’s better, they look so pretty and ours came out tasting like mince pies!     Living in a cosy apartment definitely has its perks. I love napping on the sofa when the rain pours outside and I light every candle in the house when cooking at tea time.
