I’ve been so excited to share this blog post with you for so many reasons. Simply because it involves sleep and if you know me, you’ll understand that this is one of my favourite things to do. A good night’s rest is one of the most important factors to feeling energised, happy and refreshed and I know this because I’m all about getting 8 hours of sleep a night. I’m not ashamed to admit that during the week I’m usually so tired that I like to snuggle up under my duvet by 10pm, even if my boyfriend thinks I’m an OAP… So when we decided to buy a house late last year, my first mission was to upgrade our mattress as our old one was losing it’s comfort. As many of you will be aware, I don’t just review restaurants but hotels, also. After this, I jump into my hotel slippers and cosy up in my White Company dressing gown.
Once I’m squeaky clean, the next thing I do is check out one of my many books, usually reading about home decor or coming up with ways on how I can become the next blogger millionaire. During this time, I love lighting a candle, smothering my face in more oils and creams and settling down for the night.
