Six Things You’ll Find Me Doing When Not Online

Emma Victoria Stokes Six Things
One: I’m a sucker for weekend breaks away. My rents reside near the coast on most weekends, so it’s nice to spend some time away, turn my phone off, recharge my batteries and breathe in some fresh air.

Two: Cold nights still linger, and there’s nothing better than cosying up with a good book in bed with flicking candles and a faint smell of marshmallow . I’m also forever buying warm knitted jumpers.

Three: The more minimalist clothes I have, the clearer my headspace feels. Come bed time, I can be found with my headphones in listening to Headspace – a meditation app for people with busy lifestyles.

Four: Cinema dates tends to happen every few weeks. I love nothing better than snuggling up on the cinema chairs, popcorn in hand, either watching horror or critically acclaimed films.

Five: Summer holidays with my favourite people seems to have become a regular habit. I love exploring different countries, cultures, sitting on the beach, or glamping. Come August, I’m off to Norway!

Six: I’m a Lifestyle and Food Blogger. I regularly attend events where we are asked to try tasting menus. I’m prone to eating copious amounts of burgers, cocktails and catching up with my blogging girls. What do you like to do for fun when you’re not online?

  1. Mmmm…marshmallow candles? That sounds like heaven. I just bought some 'Toasted Marshmallow' room spray, so I'm totally with you on that. I wish I was nearer to the coast. My mum lives in Cornwall so I have a good excuse to visit but its so far away from where I live that those visits are few and far between, sadly. xx

  7. I could definitely do with this headspace app you've mentioned, I really need to learn to just chill out and unwind sometimes. I really enjoyed reading this, what a lovely idea for a post.
